The attachment in this article will guide you through the process of installing, connecting and disconnecting Cisco AnyConnect VPN.

If your vpn will not connect, make sure your VPN connection address is set to vpn02.accelerate360.com.

If your vpn shows Automatic Selection and you cannot change your vpn address, you need to click the gear for settings at the bottom left of the VPN window. 

Then, go to Preferences tab and uncheck Enable Automatic VPN server selection. Then click the X in the upper right to close this window.
