Remote Worker VPN Connection Issues
If you are having issues connecting to VPN that are not password related, you can try the following process to refresh your home network:
Power off the laptop
Power off your home network equipment - router, modem, etc.
Power the home network equipment back on
Once the home network is back up, power on the laptop.
Login and try connecting to vpn02 again.
Then, connect to the other sites as needed.
