Spam and Phishing Emails
If it was just spam (not an attempt to get personal information), block the sender in Outlook and delete. Do this by right-clicking on the spam email and then hovering over Junk in the menu that pops out. Then choose Block Sender. If it was phishing (an attempt to get personal information), do the following - If you are using the Outlook desktop application: If you open the email, you can click Report Phish at the top-right and then delete the email. If the top bar is in the collapsed view, you can click the three dots on the far-right of the menu and then choose Report Phish from the drop-down menu. If you are using Outlook webmail: You can select the email that needs to be reported and then click on the Shield icon that is on the left side of the option bar, to the right of the New Mail button on the option bar. Once you have clicked on the Shield icon, choose Report phishing from the dropdown menu. You can also refer to the attachment for screenshots of the Report Phish functions.

Updating your Comag password for mapped drive connections When your Comag password expires and a new one is given to you, you will need to update your saved passwords in Credential Manager so that your mapped drive and connections will connect with the new password. 1. Click on the Start button 2. In the search bar, type Credential Manager and click on the Credential Manager app 3. Click on the Windows Credentials tab 4. Select the server connection you need to update and click Edit 5. Remove the old password and enter the new password (you can copy and paste in the new password from the email you received) and then click Save. 6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each saved server connection you need to update.

VPN - Installing, Connecting and Disconnecting

If your vpn will not connect, make sure your VPN connection address is set to vpn02.accelerate360.com. If your vpn shows Automatic Selection and you cannot change your vpn address, you need to click the gear for settings at the bottom left of the VPN window. Then, go to Preferences tab and uncheck Enable Automatic VPN server selection. Then click the X in the upper right to close this window.
